Congrats on the new addition I like the dial colour. Looks like faceted crystal, too?

Thanks, Don :-). It's a nice watch. Yes, the crystal is faceted. I found that interesting.

I was thinking to myself that Tempus got an SRP777 Turtle, but quite a well-worn one :/ ...then it hit me--hang on!--that's a 6309 in such a terrific shape!!! :D

      • Lucky last, tw steel tonneau ce2002 black, tw127 red face and ce2005 for a bit of fun.
Yes, the 127 is massive at 50+mm, I still need to resize the bracelet from the previous owner who has a 9inch+ wrist which is huge!!!!Click image for larger version Name:	20200621_083922.jpg Views:	0 Size:	45.4 KB ID:	59508 Click image for larger version Name:	20200621_083822.jpg Views:	0 Size:	106.3 KB ID:	59509 Click image for larger version Name:	20200621_083945.jpg Views:	0 Size:	50.6 KB ID:	59510 Click image for larger version Name:	20200621_084212.jpg Views:	0 Size:	126.7 KB ID:	59511

Hi LeroyC, is the pulsar stainless or ti? The bracelet has an awesome look about it

It's all stainless mate. the bracelet has solid links with solid end links so it adds quite a bit of heft to the watch. Not in a bad way though, it's very comfy and is a nice weight.

Not sure on production years. It was sourced new for me by a friend probably about 4 years ago. I was looking for a waterproof automatic that wasn’t too valuable to use for boating and outdoor wet type excursions. At that stage I didn’t have any divers and didn’t plan to get any more. I also didn’t want something too big. It’s a great watch. Looks like it stopped being available soon after I got one.

Re NY2300 production span, I assume to be from 2005 to around 2015, so around a decade long. Citizen doesn't announce discontinuation, so I can only observe from when they were last widely available, in 2016.
