      • Not my watch. Mate wanted bracelet remove and leather strap installed. He had a black leather, but personally I think brown works better. Just need a 16mm buckle to match.

Beautiful Seamaster Cosmic 166.036. There is an SS one on our forum too, seen on Tempus's wrist.

      • I'm undecided about getting the H Linked bracelet for this, send to have mixed reviews.

Looking good there, AidanM. Is the bracelet fitted a Promaster with the ratcheted clasp from the NY0040 or is it a custom aftermarket solid links?

Hi Don, yeah I couldn’t bring myself to spending $100 on a hair puller!

I ended up fishing on the bay and found a solid aftermarket bracelet that was reviewed as having a good fit. Then I managed to find a nice OEM Citizen clasp to put on it.

Have edited my post with photos.

AidanM, I'm definitely with you on that path. The Promaster OEM folded steel one was probably designed at the same time the NY0040 was conceived, i.e. mid-1990s, so unfortunately missed out on having solid links. I too have put a few of both the Automatic NY0040 and this BN0000-04H on custom aftermarket solid links bracelet. You did one better with the Citizen security clasp too!

I got mine through eBay also--a US seller in New Jersey--and feel they are worth the price. I've been happy with their quality and fit. Last year, Citizen did a Limited Edition NY Series for Asia, which people have nicknamed "Fugu". Some versions, like the NY0090 ( https://i.postimg.cc/JnLMfZqc/CITIZE...090-86-E-2.jpg ) came on solid link bracelet with solid end links too. However, oddly for an ISO diver, the clasp is a regular push-release with no fold-over lock.

              • Wrapping up a week with the Sinn on the wrist.

I've given it a good clean up and it's running perfectly. It's only +/1 a second or two each day which is a pleasant surprise
