That's definitely rough for a weekend

  • Last night we ended up on a farm for a bonfire and some fireworks. Me in my dress clothes and with my nicest chrono...

Haha I tried that with my 6105 and after 3 hours, my perfect cream/pumpkin patina was bleached white again - never to return. NZ sun is a killer

I totally agree, I take off any of my older watches if they are going to be in the sun for more that a few seconds at a time, especially when driving or walking. Nz sun is the master of fade

    • Be enjoying the 6105-8110 for the entire day

Some SEIKO diver history... dunno where the 2005 for the 5R66 600m GMT SD like mine comes from, AFAIK the earliest SBDB001 serial is from 2007, I know I sure couldn't get one till early 2008... #840077

(Still beat SEIKO NZL, they still didn't even have one in the showroom lol)

              • I’ve had the plastic fantastic on the wrist for the last couple of days. Here it is catching a few rays on the way out the gate at work tonight.
