Better 1/2 probably thinks they'd pull it off pretty nicely?

Your not wrong there. Bought a Seiko from their retro line in Singapore and I have been able to wear it since, as permanently on Jill's wrist

          • This one took a while to get here. You shop and courierpost dropped the ball and it took 3 weeks. Has been processing for over a week in east tamaki well after clearance. Should have had it 10 days ago

me too! first day i know, but i just opened the front gate after walking to the dairy for a couple of memphis meltdowns to my 6 year old peering through her window. looked at my watch to check the the time and heck!....the bi-colour lume is incredibly well placed on this watch. Restrained to only be useful and not a gimmick. It really made it incredibly legible at a glance in low light.

                • Three and a bit days on the wrist and I think I might have found a Black PVD watch that is a keeper (well at least a couple of years). And why why why did it take Seiko until now to produce a silicone strap this good, it is awesome and imo more comfy than an Isofrane. Click image for larger version

Sure beats the god-awful skx strap. I remember it being like a ray of sunshine when I tried my first turtle strap. Made me feel just a little disdain for the skx. Such a better all round watch, and of course yours is a standout amongst them.
