        Strela, made by Poljot, 3017 movement......first watch worn in Outer space (apparently) by A Leonov in 1965........

            • Gave this a water test today. Happy to report it passed with flying colours, as it indeed should. Bezel action is real nice. Precise and negligible play. Click image for larger version

                    mine has been christened too when my 3 year old daughter slipped over in the pool.
                    there is something exhilerating about submerging a new watch....fear and exhiliration.
                    Once i got it wet it became twice the watch it was before and alot more fun
