  • SKX025 (I think) I bought new in 2002 just for a beach holiday, not sure what year it's from. Never been serviced, still ticking away. Still wear it loads.

Strap is from Strapsco in NY. I've got 2 red ones and a black one. Good crew to deal with too - reason I have two reds is the first pack didn't didn't turn up (I'd ordered that one plus 2 nato straps). I contacted them after 3 weeks of the tracking showing no movement, so they sent a replacement. Replacement turned up after a couple of weeks and week later the original pack showed up. Contacted them for an address to send it back to and they said keep it! Ordered a few from them, and they've all been good quality. The black nubuck Dassari with red stitching on my Orient Raven last week was from them too.

I had that red one on the ChrWard Trident also, but swapped it out for the black bargain one I got from them at Xmas. The original black leather that one came on is too long for me, which is a shame cos it's top quality.

  • Waiting for boarding, nowhere exciting I'm afraid. Have a good day all. Click image for larger version

I've only got two or three pieces that remain on their original straps. I'm not much of one for bracelets, unless they're really solid/immaculately finished. Although I do have a titanium Citizen from a while back that I keep on the bracelet. I am guilty of changing them out just to match my tee shirt!

        • Might have to rotate these 2 today

On this strap, the thing is basically weightless too.

I grew up in Anfield. Middle name is St John (me dad's fave, especially after the winner in '65).
