Haven’t worn this in a while, it’s an old favourite and a good take on the classic pilot chrono imho. Have a good weekend

Someone else please chime in here but i am pretty sure you want to never let that thing run of juice sakkara, otherwise the storage capacitors or something need to be ripped out and replaced. Beast Mode definitely on there though. One day i will get a GMT

Is that STILL true... STILL the case... I though these modern Kinetics had like a more sort of Li-Ion cell with very little 'memory'.. not that I really know but...

Thats probably what killed the cap/cell/battery in my ALIEN 9T82 which so far, is gonna cost over NZD1000 JUST FOR THE CAP

The cell SEIKO install in a 9T82 (for NZD1100) is now a Li-Ion AFAIK...

I just wanna buy the Li-Ion for $10 and install it i the thing myself ffs

              Roaming off topic now, solli

Great model that, with a unbelievably problematic crown/tube interface.

ISO Cert'd Divers 300m Mixed Gas, correct ?

I know H, I brought it about the same time as you, from memory after a fantastic review from Don, only used the crown half a dozen times before it stripped the thread. Otherwise what's not to like, I just wear it when it's not raining.

            Hm,

Had never noticed how that model has semi sky scraper lume plots... I love big tall 3-D lump plots / pots..

They give a watch a good depth & body to its display.
