Courier has 'lost' package I sent to Christchurch, so that's $1650 I'm out already.

On a happier note, buyer has just called me to say the package turned up this morning, more than 1 week after being collected from Auckland. So, called Fastway and they weren't even aware it had been delivered and are "still investigating"
