  • First WAYWOF of 2020

Hi there, new shoes for this little Seiko.

Let's make this a great year for TKNZ: everyone here is interested in what we are each doing with our collections (small, large, luxury or budget).

Feel totally free to share your thoughts, questions and ideas, more often than not others are pondering the same or similar.

Enjoy TKNZ for what it is, a great New Zealand community for watch enthusiasts.

+1 what was so eloquently offered by Hammers - we’re still on our mid 70’s SEIKO UFO, can’t stop the chrono now, and the minutes totalizator has come to a halt lol but nothing a valve adjustment won’t fix ⌚️

Edit, chrono does indeed stop, doesn't reset now thats the problem.. must need valve adjustment + a coolant change

Where did you find this one on your travels. I had no luck in the few antique, charity and op shops on my recent travels, you must have got there first

PM change and sit down to watch some cricket. Have to say that the Black Caps selection and performance in this series has me perplexed and overall disappointed. I'll be flicking to the Super Smash I think

Orient 300m Poseidon, for the new year.
Was considering it's new blue brother but the scalpers have already swooped in and the price is rising already

Congratulations on the anniversary, Leroy, and lovely Ocean Star Commander. One of my personal all time favorite watches. I've put a few of these exact model in New Zealand, though not sure if this is one of them. A keeper, for sure

I like your photo, DW. To me, gives it a kind of 1990s laser-neon sort of vibe
