"photo above courtesy of the internet web"

It's an exciting day everyone one as today is the second and hopefully not the last "photo of the week"

The rules are simple and as follows.

Any photo you like as long as it was taken within the last week "monday to this sunday" *update*
Photos of your own watch or watches.
it doesn't have to be a photo you have already posted either, but it can be if you like.
    No comments required.
    one post per person.
    Post closes at 23.59 tonight.

    Please note

This post will close at mid-night. Then a poll will be set up to run on Monday to find the "Photo of the weeks" winner.

This is currently set up as poll post just to make things easier later PLEASE DONT VOTE.

Good luck everyone, have some fun and i can't wait to see all your photos.

I feel sorry A12. I would have voted for this as the Top Shot but unfortunately you have an issue, below #3

PS: PEBBLES lollies work really well for this type of shot as well, you just have to watch out for sun effect aka 'gooeyness'

Spending some time with the new king recently. And with what I would call a healthy ten to one ratio

All good lepo76, I do hope your seconds hand is slightly clearer than the one in the backdrop

Actually never had one of these, and often wondered exactly what functions they offer, how they work etc, anyway it's a great entry, good work cyma

(even though it's not one of your 376 CYMA watches)

Would it be possible to be able to enter ones photo for a few days, maybe Wed-Sun or something like that, make it easier to get an entry in ?

As has been pointed out to me, Friday clashes with WAYWOF, am unsure if that really matters but it's sometimes hard to get an entry in in just a narrow 24h period for some of us less well organamized people

Even if entries were open Sat-Sun that would help - don't (mean) to be a idiot especially, and this is a great new concept, 10 Solid Gold Points to A12

I agree that the barriers to entry should be relatively low to encourage as much participation as possible, especially from new members or those who haven't entered yet. However we're only 2 weeks in so making this sort of change could be a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. My personal preference would be to leave the rules unchanged for a little while to see how this goes, and make changes in the future based on what's working and what's not. If participation dwindles or is stagnant then opening the thread earlier in the week could be something to consider for sure. As always I'd be keen to hear others thoughts as this is JM2CW. Good to see that the cogs are turning though H, certainly no harm in raising and discussing it.
