        Isn't this article over four years old? Regardless, I wonder if the Consumer Guarantees Act might have helped him? (Repairs, services should take a reasonable amount of time etc etc) It also bothers me that the watch had previously been serviced "A few" times by Mr Lee, over a 10 year period, and all of a sudden it was sent to UK after the purchase, even though it was known that ownership of the watch was being disputed. I'm all for a bit of capitalism etc, but............
        Preparation and planning prevent piss poor performance
