that is so sad!

I once had the pleasure of spending an afternoon drinking Wild Turkey straight up with Jimmy Russell, fantastic experience! The news that Mr. Himbo himself is now behind the brand has totally killed it :(

Let me guess he loses his shirt and needs a Wild Turkey to console himself

Its the usual problem with "celebrity endorsement" - now we are all supposed to want to be like whichever overly-paid, teeth-whitened, cosmetically-enhanced famous person they choose.
But to give him fair credit it was his role as Rust Chole in the first True Detectives series that sold him to the bourbon company and that was a character which changed my mind about MMc as an actor. Great series and I think he stole the show. Who knows perhaps we might even be spared the whole shirtless thing... ;)
My karma ran over your dogma

Where is that damn like button when you need it!

Nice drop the Jura

Popped into my local offie for a couple bottles of craft brew this evening and the splendid Indian chap that runs the place knows I am a little partial to whisky so he pulls out this bottle of the Dalmore valour... delicious stuff, must be one of the smoothest drams I've had in long time. Had to put the beer bottles back as I was at the limit before I even left the shop :(

Very nice Scouser! The whole Dalmore range is very good.

Anyone that likes Islay Single Malt, Fine Wine Delivery Co has the 12 year old Bunnahabhain on sale for $79.... think I'll have to swing down for a wee bottle!

They also have some of that rough Irish whiskey on special ;) $50 for the Tullamore Dew 1L
